there are so many frauds as well who providing low quality services i lived in dubai too and my uncle is running computer business over there that is all about computers including spare parts, monitors, hardware, software, branded and used stuff. the site he used to buy computer stuff is data dubai i am leaving a link below, check out this dubai’s computer link below. it would help you buy quality things.

you can check the al-ain center and khaleej centre in bur dubai or also khalid bin waleed road in bur dubai.. they have plenty of computer shops there and am sure u will be able to get a good deal…
