There are places in Dubai and in Sharjah – and probably in Abu Dhabi as well.
The best place in Dubai is to check is Al Ain Center, and Musalla Tower in Bur Dubai. Khaleej center also has shops that will do this for you.
A tip re Parking: Park in Musalla Tower basement parking, check the shops on the ground & mezzanine floor of this mall first and then walk over to Al Ain Center (next to Spinneys & Ramada) and finally across from there to Khaleej Center.
The “computer street” which is in the same area will give you a load of options as well, but won’t be as comfortable to browse & park.

My husband builds computers so if you wish, he can build it for you. Send me a message on my email if you are interested.
Not to sound racist, but we have found that people working in computer stores are not the most educated, professional and ethical workers.
