To ant: English isn’t everyone’s first language. Broaden your horizons beyond your front lawn.
To answer the question: I don’t know which computer degree you have, but I do know from my time in Dubai that just about everything there is retail and service oriented, which means networking is going to get you further than anything else. I also know from my experience in software development that experience is worth more than your degree. Whether it’s Dubai or America or India, you are going to be taking a lot of temporary positions just starting out. Some of them are going to offer you a job when your contract expires, but don’t plan on that job lasting forever.
Dubai has a lot to offer the world in terms of marketing. Look into less tools development and harder comp sci projects, and more into basic web development and rigging people’s wireless hot spots.
Since a lot of jobs are online, it is easy for a foreigner to get a job before entering the country. I have included a link to the Dubai Naturalization and Residency Administration if you are planning on living there.
