Yes definitely you can get a job. But a bachelors degree is preferred. It will not matter if you have relevant experience of more than 2-3 years.
Salary for
Webdesigning – 4000 – 5000
.NET or Java/J2EE – 6000 – 8000
Systems Programming – around 10000
ERP like SAP – 12000 plus
OracleApps – 8000
Hardware professionals – 3000 – 4000
Network Engineer – 6000 – 9000
Database Management Professional – 8000 – 12000

I have a question for you. What degree do you have, a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering ? Also when you say Computer Engineering, what specific computer engineering field are you specialized in:
Robotics
Artificial Intelligence
Computer Aided-Design and Engineering
Information Technology
Computer Theory
Software Applications
Signal Processing
Hardware design
If you have the right degree and you are perfect in one of the computer engineering specializations …. you have a very bright future in the UAE.

it depends on the effort you put out on searching for a job .. what are your qualifications .. experience .. how well your interview goes .. things like that ..
