i’ll have my diploma and TOR ready on August 5. anyway, i’m a computer engineering gradute and we don’t have board exam, do i really need to go to UAE embassy and attest my diploma?

You should get your diploma authenticated( Chain authentication procedure) if you want to use it in UAE. I am guessing that diploma is issued from some institute in USA. If that is correct, contact this company in Washington DC(www.authxperts.com) and they will take care of all the stages for you.
