I hold MS (SE) & BS (CS) degrees and am currently working as a System Analyst in a multinational in Dubai for the past one year. Since the immigration process is at the final stages, I am planning to migrate soon. Toronto is where I’ll probably settle. So I want to know the situation of the IT/CS sector in Canada and more importantly Toronto. I’ve not acquired education from any Canadian University!

you will have to settle for a job way below what you qualify for. things are really bad over here in terms of job availability due to the slumping economy. you can always upgrade at a canadian unversity or work your up by taking an entry level position at first.

You can work in a fast food restaurant, that’s where most immigrants end up working in.
