hey you guys , um i recently received my passport and My Place of birth was suppose to be ,
” Ajman , UAE (united arab emirates) ”
but on my passport its ” Ajman ,ARE ” .. i dont know what ‘ are ‘ means , Sounds to me like Argentina , maybe something wrong with the immigration office’s computer . Hope anybody could calm me over this .. khe khe khe x) thanks

In case of a child births in Abu Dhabi or in Dubai, normally they mention place of birth as “Abu Dhabi” or “Dubai”. But in case of other emirates, sometimes they mention only “ARE” or name of the emirates including in brackets (ARE).
ARE stands for ARab Emirates
