I think sales visa can apply for driving license. however, please get in touch with an approved driving school for correct details. nevertheless you can approach the senior officer in driving section of police for special permission and apply for license, even if your normal profession does not permit you. please do not hesitate to contact for solutions in banking and insurance. to the best of my understanding; there are restrictions according to profession in visa for applying for driving license.
