Here on YA you will not find any sponsor!
Below please find a list of recruitment agencies offering jobes in Dubai or in the UAE in general. Go through their offers and look if a suitable job offer is there for you. If yes, mail in your cv and wait if you get shortlisted. With some agencies you can mail in your cv anyway and you will get contacted, when a suitable job comes up.

dear wanaye, i do agree with “H”. here it’s hard to find someone who will sponsor 4 ur visa, but u could try the her mentioned sites and register with them. i am sure u’ll b able to get one but it’s gonna take some time, if u mean visit visa to sponsor and then u’ll b searching the job by ur self………….wht’s ur nationality?? coz to some nationalities u here the gov. offers the visa at airport without ne problem, only u would hve to check ur expenses here for a month.
