No offence intended, but what chance do you think you stand of doing a course through the English language?

I was going to ridicule you until I read you are in Dubai. I assume you want to study Computer Engineering in England at no cost. I don’t think you can do this being a foriegn national. We in the English speaking world tend to be a little less than accomodating to education.
Try this structure of your question:
“I would like to attend university in England to study Computer Engineering. I am a resident of Dubai, and I am looking for a scholarship opportunity. Please send a message if you know of any opportunites such as this.”

I think it is depends in your exams. If you get good results, you might able to get in. Good luck! Career is important!
