Sorry as a Hepatitis B patient you are not able to obtain a mission or any other visa where you can work on. To receive a work permit and a visa you hve to undergo a medical check up where you beside other transferrable diseases also will be check for Hepatitis.
When found out positive, you will get deported on the spot. Don’t do that to yourself. I saw southeast foreigners handcuffed and deported. Some of them were even not able to get their stuff to take it back home.
