they sent me a letter and a release form so i comlpeted it and fax it back to them as they instructed now they want me to pay the insurance premuim amount worth 1,250 euro.they told me that my name was picked over computer balloting system.by the way i am from dubai U.A .E.

this is ALWAYS a scam. You didnt enter a lottery did you? So how would you win?

It is definitely a scam. I hope you did not include personal information when you faxed it back. If so, they probably have your identity now.
