Question by Some Prince: How to buy property in Dubai?
Hello all,
I am looking to buy some realty in Dubai and I wonder what are the best options…I mean where exactly to buy it – Jumeirah, Sports city…what is the best neibourhood?
As well, what type of visa do I need to buy property?
And at the end…could you please suggest some internet site with real pictures of properties…because all the sites I was looking were full of computer generated animations of villas…but not real pics :)

go to the public department of land from Dubai, check for the local real estate and also search on line for private sellers, but… you need lots of money to buy that! do you have that money?

Get in contact with the real estate agents and ask to provide you with real images of buildings you are interested in. They also can provide you best with the area where the objects are located. Foreigners are only allowed to buy property in certain areas.

If you want to come to Dubai to purchase property you need a visit visa. As an American you will receive a visit visa up on-arrival.
Please note that many properties are getting sold before they are finished. That’s why you mostly will find pc generated animations.
