How easy is it for an American to find decent work in Dubai?

Question by Mokes 310: How easy is it for an American to find decent work in Dubai?
I’m a 23 year old male looking for a decent, white-collar job in Dubai. I have strong communication & computer skills. Am I considered a worker of value in that community and if so, would it be easy to find work? Thanks :)
