I approach to the UAE Labor court but head of labor court is friend of my company GM. He helps my company to much so it is west to go labor court as I saw example.
Now I want to approach against this company with the agent who arranged interview in Mumbai with my GM. I want help other peoples from being cheated by this agent and company. I am working as Computer Engineer but visa is of Office Clerk.

You can’t file a case in India against a company located in the UAE. How should that work?
To know if the company’s customs and rules are against the UAE Labour Law, you have to be more specific about the nature of these rules. Does the UAE Labour Law even apply to your company?
Was any court decision made? A judge can be your GM’s own brother which still shouldn’t have any effect on a judge’s decision. Do you know that the Ministry of Labour establish a new office last year? Please read:

You also can write an letter to the editor of Gulf News, The National or Seven days.
Very often there is a discrepancy between what Indian agents tell applicants in India and the reality in the UAE (which doesn’t mean UAE employers doing something illegal).
Approach the Ministry of Labour (see link)
contact the news papers
get a lawyer
Good luck!
edit: thanks for your emai. It’s what I expected. Well, no mentioned points are against the labour law.

Hi,
You may not be able to file a cheating case against the UAE company, but certainly against the agent who sent you abroad. You need to hire a lawyer to review specific facts of your case and give you legal advice.

also, what is written on your visa does not have to match your current role. Labour office has its own ways of placing the titles according to your degree, licence etc.
