i graduated from clear brook high school in Houston tx as magna cum laude with a 3.9/4.0 gpa. I made a 1800 on the new SAT. Im currentl studying overseas as an international student at a university in Istanul, Turkey. Im currently in the departement of computer engineering as a freshmen. However, i didnt make the grades i planned on making upon arrival here. i currentl y have a 2.5 gpa which sucks compared the 3.9 gpa i had in high school.This was due to the lack of accomadation i found. The best and closest place i could find was 2 hours away by bus which really impacted my studies, and there were other factors as well that affected the outcome of grades. like my calculus teacher who barely spoke english yet works at a school whose medium of instruction is in english etc. etc. Thats fukin BS if u ask me. Anyways, Im planning on transferring to the american university of dubai for sophmore but i have a feeling i wont get accepted as a transfer student. A few weeks ago one of my friends
told me that i could apply as a new applicant to the american university of dubai and still have my credits transferred from my university here in Istanbul, turkey to my transcript over in dubai. Is this possible? Please give me your incites guys.
